No matter what aspect of my professions and passions you may see here on social media.
It all comes down to your basic Foundations and the Principles that support them.

“Function & Flow” is something I teach six days a week.
Where I practice and implement those various things.
Starting my day off in just the Right way!

Most of what we do on the physical aspect is similar with each and every class.
It’s the Thought Processes, Mindfulness, and breaking down the layers of what’s going on through each movement that changes each time.
This started out as something to get the exercises in that I wanted.
While at the same time, working in a group setting which really helps give me motivation.
It’s turned into something that has Hugely benefited my life, as well as many others!

As part of continuing to share Live and Meaningful posts, I’m going to be sharing a Full Live Session Here!

Due to the nature of Instagram, they’ll be coming in 15 minute increments.
This wasn’t intended as an instructional class with professional video.
This is an edited version, enlarging my screen out of the many others on a zoom session.
So there’s a tad distortion on that end.
Meanwhile the audio is clear and extremely descriptive of how to go through the movements.
Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally.

Once again. This is something that’s Very Personal and Important to me.
A place where all of my learnings and teachings come together.

You can Join Me live 3 days a week at Kauai Athletic in Lihue.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
8:30 AM through 9:40 AM.

And if you don’t live on Kauai or can’t make the drive, You can also join me on Zoom!
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
7:30 AM through 8:45 AM Hawaii time.
