Progress on the seedings. They are looking great.

It's that time again. Two trays of Candy onions and two trays of Winter Density lettuce seeded. Amazing the food these tiny seeds will provide. The lettuce is more cool amd warm hardy, so they should produce for a while.
In the meantime, I already got some turnips from the high tunnels and the first egg from the girls. That egg is worth at least .50 cents at today's store prices, lol. Looking forward to spring.

More than ever, it is vital that we grow food and eat local. Now is the time to plant seeds and grow a garden this year. We don't know where we will be later this year. So grow, grow, grow.
