Hey parents! I'm putting together a workshop called "Love, Marriage, and the 4th trimester" (reach out for more details) and I want to hear how having a baby changed your relationship with your partner in both good and not so good ways: What was the biggest struggle you faced as a couple after baby was born? What was the greatest success you had as a couple after baby was born?

I’m so excited to be able to share this! My good friend’s Rachel and Ashlee are having real conversations about motherhood and it is beautiful! These two humans are the most generous, genuine, and kind hearted women I know and always welcome others with open arms. I'm excited to be able to offer a few more spots in my schedule with my new location! I am passionate about and specialize in working with the perinatal population. This means prenatal, postpartum, and really anyone who desires to be or is a parent. If you work closely with this population as well and identify anyone who could benefit from extra support, please keep me in mind! I also enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and other life stressors (jobs, relationships, family dynamics, etc).
