✨Grace is my much needed breathing space, creating opportunity for pause in the busyness, my personal assistant / studio sidekick until she heads to Ole Miss in the fall. Say hi when you see her around the studio! She’s already hit up a few Hot Mat Pilates classes during her first week! She’s a gem! ♥️

Grace is a senior at Lincoln East High School. She is a member of the Ole Miss Rebelettes Dance Team and will be attending the University of Mississippi in the fall. Outside of school and dance, she enjoys watching sports, cooking/baking, spending time outside, and hanging out with family and friends!

✨ We pulled the trigger a little late, so we’re extending our Free Community Classes into Saturday!
❤️Continuing to join hands and hearts to support our community - near and far.
🌟 Ritual is offering an additional FREE All Levels Yoga class at 9:15am.
(Please note: This is NOT a hot yoga class - room temp will be 70°-75°-ish)
❤️ Just bring yourself, a water bottle and your mat (we have some available to borrow, too).
Class is free, but space is limited due to room capacity, so be sure to register! Hope to you soon! xx

Ritual is rooted in Community - near and far. We believe in loving our neighbors, fair and equal treatment for everyone and love, respect and kindness for all.
What’s happening in Minnesota is horrific, unfathomable and down right scary. But, as we’ve seen and continue to witness, Minnesotans are stronger than all of it. The collective is showing up and making a difference.
While we’re a bit late to the dance, we support and stand with our friends in Minnesota and beyond.
Ritual will be offering FREE class for the community on Friday at 9am. Additionally, we will extend the FREE class option to Saturday at 9:15am due to the late notice. And, we’re still hosting a free Community Gathering on Saturday from 1pm-3pm. (See previous post)

❤️Community is everything.
Community is at the core of every decision we make, every step we take/don’t take and how we show up. It’s never been about me or one individual, but it’s always been about the collective.

Many of us are hurting, angry, dysregulated, numb, scared, confused… the list goes on. We’re looking for answers, support, justice, compassion, courage, accountability, simple human kindness, community.
I’ve found myself processing through all of those emotions, myself, for quite some time now. Where is the humanity? Love for your neighbors? Compassion and kindness for fellow humans? Consider my mind completely boggled and my heart completely shattered. 💔
I cannot comprehend, rationalize or support it. I know many are feeling the same.
Ritual was built on the foundation of love and support for the community- local, far and wide. While we aren’t the experts in this unhinged political world, we are experts in loving our community.
We’re offering two free community events this week (sorry it’s quick!). More to come once I’m back in town in a couple of weeks, so stay tuned.

❄️ Yes, it’s (below) freezing. Yes, we’re still flowing. 🔥
Even with temps dipping to –25°, classes are ON this weekend—warm, cozy, and exactly where you want to be.

Unless we see unexpected snow or ice, our doors are open and the heat is on. If anything changes, we’ll communicate right here and via email. See you soon!
