One way we love to implement life enrichment here at AVIVA Woodlands is having our local college students hanging out (and helping out) with things like technology and social gatherings. Today, they did both! 💻📱🍷

Some of our UNL fraternity friends are developing a nonprofit “E.mpower T.ech” (ET) that aims to engage older adults with their generation for both social/community connection and to get assistance with their tech. We served Cape Cods & hard (and non) apple cider, along with cranberry cracker dip & turkey salami while we chatted about computers, hearing aid synch to smart phones, and everything in between.

Thank you, Jack & Empower Tech team for a great afternoon!

November 18 is recognized as the “birthday” of our favorite Disney mouse ❤️💛🖤, so we donned our ears in and enjoyed a great little party in his honor!

Lodge crafting club were busy after lunch today with their 🧺 weaving skills as they prep some cute table accessories for the season. 🍂
