This supplement has resolved my leg pain and cramps, a nightly feeling of buzzing in my feet and legs, and restless leg syndrome, after many doctors could not find a problem or solution. So thankful for this highly bioavailable supplement that has relieved so much frustration and allowed me to sleep again. This has also been a vital part of my hair regrowth regiment after losing so much hair post-Covid. If you struggle with random neuropathy or hair loss issues, let me know if you would like to try this as well.

"👉👉 The Importance of Vitamin B-Complex **
It’s absolutely critical that our bodies receive adequate levels of all 8 different forms of Vitamin B on a daily basis. Known as the B-complex, these 8 vitamins activate critical enzymes in our cells that both break down and build the molecules that are essential for life. Without these vitamins, our cells will fail to grow, divide, and differentiate, and the metabolic processes that provide us with a constant source of energy and vitality come to a screeching halt. Our red blood cells will not replenish, and our immune system will be impaired. Our DNA will fail to repair itself properly, and our stem cells will find it difficult to replace aging tissue.
Deficiency in the complex of B Vitamins can result in fatigue, neuropathy, irregular heartbeat, edema (swelling), confusion, short term memory loss, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, skin disorders, hair loss, sore throat, anemia, cataracts, reproductive problems, gastrointestinal issues, depression, headache, shortness of breath, and an array of neurological problems.
Our body cannot synthesize these 8 molecules, and they are not stored in our body for long periods of time (except for B9 and B12)- therefore, it’s imperative that we proactively replenish Vitamin B’s through our diet and through supplementation.
Vitamin B’s are normally inactivated by heating, microwaving, and food processing. Also, food preservatives such as sulfites can inactivate certain B Vitamins. Because of this, many Americans are not receiving adequate levels of B vitamins. Also, other factors such as genetic variation, microbiome health, and liver health, can affect the proper absorption and processing of B Vitamins.
For these reasons, it’s important that we take a Vitamin B complex supplement on a daily basis to ensure that we are not deficient in any of the 8 B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12).
Young Living’s Super B tablets are an optimized source for the entire spectrum of B vitamins. This supplement features a naturally sourced folate (Vitamin B9) from lemon peels, and methylcobalamin, a more bioavailable source of B12. In addition, Super B is formulated with bioavailable chelated forms of crucial minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, and manganese), and Nutmeg essential oil, which improves absorption and bioavailability. This one supplement is optimized to provide you with your daily need for Vitamin B.
