When is the best time for a Red-Light Therapy session?
✔️ Most ideal: Right after a massage – This timing enhances absorption and supports optimal results.
✅ Can help: As a standalone treatment – Red-Light Therapy on its own can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and support emotional well-being.
🕒 Also helpful: Before massage – Still beneficial! A great option if your schedule doesn’t allow post-massage time.

2. What should I wear during the session?
More skin exposure = better absorption. Most clients undress to at least undergarments in the private room. Robes are available if you need to step out.
Eye protection is available and recommended during the “face-up” portion of your session.

3. How often and how long should I do Red-Light Therapy?
✨ For optimal results, aim for every other day (3–5 times per week), with 20-minute sessions (10 minutes face up, 10 minutes face down). Daily treatment would be ideal.
🕘 Even one session can offer immediate relief for many people and conditions!

In response to your feedback and to better serve you, we've expanded our space! Our new treatment room, located next door to our current facility, is now available. This room is fully handicapped accessible and offers a serene environment for your massage sessions.
This room also will allow us to offer couples massages in the same room for special events (think Valentine's Day).

As we experience a time of sustained growth, we are committed to ensure clients continue to receive quality massages that fit their schedule. As such, we want to introduce our newest therapist!

We are excited to introduce Ariel Clausen as the newest addition to The Knot Massage. With 12 years of experience, Ariel specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, mobility massage, medical massage, and is a Reiki Master.

Having lived in Lincoln for 26 years, Ariel is blessed with three wonderful sons, aged 19, 5, and 4. She will be working full-time and is eager to help everyone feel their very best.
