❤️ That's a wrap on 2024 and what a year it has been! Once again, my heart is full knowing that I have the best clients. There is no competition - I don't care what other MTs say.

💚 You support me through thick and thin. As a massage instructor, I had to teach students to not cross boundaries, to keep the personal out of it and just massage...but that's impossible. I've known my first clients for almost 14 years and I hope even my clients who have been with me for two months feel like it has been a lifetime.

💙 We are part of each other's lives and I am so appreciative of the mutual respect, admiration, and support we give each other in and out of the massage room. For me, it sustains my motivation to constantly be better and I'm so very grateful for you.

❤️ Thank you for lifting me up personally and professionally and for trusting me with your health and wellness.

💐 Twelve years ago today I became a licensed massage therapist and have had a private practice since day one. 💐 Thank you for being part of my life for a very long time. 💐

🎊 Like many of you, I enjoy reflecting on the past 365 days when the end of December rolls around and this year is no exception.

👩‍🏫 When I left my teaching position in May, I could never have imagined what would happen as I reopened my massage practice. Still, I'm overwhelmed by everyone's enthusiasm and support of my return - and so very grateful for clients near and far who were unphased by the location change.

🏤 I found a spot that was immediately available. I didn't overthink it - I just needed a suitable room...and at Sliney Chiropractic, I have never had so much fun massaging. Dr. Sliney, Jenn, and Kelsey have embraced my presence in their office and made the transition so easy.

💙 And it is in Lincoln, RI that I found community and connection. Cranston was great to me for over10 years, but I often felt isolated and not a part of the city. There is something to be said for living eight minutes from work and running into friends and clients regularly.

📣 I truly hope that when you enter my space and entrust me with your care, you can feel my gratitude. My business has grown solely by word of mouth and you all apprently have megaphones.

🎉 As emBody massage moves into 2024, you can expect more community involvement and I'll be working on next-leveling my professional training - more to come in the next several months.

💜 I've had so much fun reconnecting with all my returning clients and meeting many new clients as well.

🙏 My hope for all is a prosperous, healthy, and happy 2024....thank you for including me and emBody massage in your plan.

In a nutshell. . .

I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 7 years. In 2009, I had a corporate job and was training to run a marathon. . .I was broken. I met a massage therapist who put me back together, and I was able to complete my training and the race and I realized I needed to shift my life. I went back to school to study massage and here I am. I love what I do, I have an amazing team of people working with me and we love helping people feel better every day!
