Paradise Prairie Farm

Paradise Prairie Farm Paradise Prairie is a small local farm on the outskirts of Lincoln, Nebraska.

We sell aronia berry products, gourmet tea, and all natural grass fed/grass finished beef. We work to provide wholesome and healing foods for our community, and share with urban dwellers, the appreciation of simple farm life. Aronia berries are in the black chokeberry family, native to Nebraska plains but not grown for production until recently. After learning about the unusually healthy benefits of this berry, our family decided to try growing our own bushes. Just outside of Lincoln on a farm we’ve dubbed “Paradise Prairie,” we planted 400 bushes in native pasture grasses. Our berries are grown without any harsh chemicals and pesticides, and are handpicked in late summer. Our grass fed and finished beef is the "salmon of the prairie", chock full of Omega 3 fats and low in saturated fat. Grown without medications and on clean prairie grasses, good for the cows and good for you!

Our Story

We work to provide wholesome and healing foods for our community, and share with urban dwellers, the appreciation of simple farm life. Aronia berries are in the black chokeberry family, native to Nebraska plains but not grown for production until recently. After learning about the unusually healthy benefits of this berry, our family decided to try growing our own bushes. Just outside of Lincoln on a farm we’ve dubbed “Paradise Prairie,” we planted 400 bushes in native pasture grasses. Our berries are grown without any harsh chemicals and pesticides, and are handpicked in late summer. They are best used in smoothies, juiced and added to your favorite drink. They are used to make delicious jam or jelly, and also are used for wine making. This super berry is known to be high in antioxidant, anti inflammatory, and anti viral benefits.
