We're pleased to announce that Brenda Rohren is now a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC). This involved completing a 50-hour course, a 4-hour Ride-Along or Sit-Along, and a competency-based exam with at least 90% passing score. Brenda completed a Sit-Along at the Emergency Communications Center (aka 911 Call Center) in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Results of our Client Satisfaction Survey for June 2025 are now posted on our website for the CARF-accredited Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Treatment program. There was an overall 100% rate of satisfaction. We are so grateful to clients, personnel, and stakeholders for their support.

Today is the 14th anniversary of the founding of our organization by Brenda Rohren. Initial services were management consulting for organizations pursuing CARF® accreditation. Services expanded in 2013 to include a Dual Diagnosis Outpatient Treatment program which became CARF-accredited in 2014.
