Greenlight Project NE reminds us "One in five Americans will experience a mental health condition this year, and nearly half will struggle with a diagnosable condition in their lifetime. Many suffer needlessly, avoiding help due to ignorance, shame, and stigma"
May 1st marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Month. Our community has several events planned and resources available to bring awareness and support to this important topic!
