Over the past three years, I’ve been on a journey of deep healing. Back in 2022, in a span of just 45 days, the universe ripped the band-aid off—my father passed, I left my corporate identity, and I separated from my greatest pillar. It plunged me into one of my darkest moments—but I know it’s in the dark that the light finds us. Like a pendulum, I swung so deep into that darkness that the medicine was in the swing back—into the highest vibration of light.

Costa Rica was a gift to myself—a place where I received profound validation, surrounded by high-vibrational humans who required no convincing of what I know at a soul level. In that resonance, I felt affirmed.

Now, as we step into a new paradigm of human evolution—where everything is energy, frequency, and vibration—I set new invocations. I step into my purpose: speaking truth, standing in my power, and creating space for others to transform and ascend in this unfolding journey.

🌟Time to reclaim all the abandoned parts of yourself🌟

I’ve been moving through some incredibly dense energies lately—the kind that press against your chest to the point I cant breathe. Our bodies remember what our minds have tried to forget. Trauma doesn’t just live in the stories—it lives in our fascia, in our nervous system. And now, it’s rising. And I have to remind myself, it’s not here to destroy us, but to be reclaimed, integrated, and finally laid to rest.

Some talk about an “awakening” like it’s all light codes and love—but the real journey starts with descent. The unraveling. The confrontation of what’s been buried. This is the dark night of the soul, and it’s sacred. (Scary and uncomfortable but needed) I’m remembering pieces of myself I had hidden, lost, or had been frozen in time. And I’m calling them back home.

Right now, I’m leaning on everything I’ve got—silence, stillness, movement, prayer, tears, breath, and the deep tenderness of self-compassion. This is the work. The sacred labor of becoming whole.

The collective is feeling it too. The timelines are converging. The illusions are collapsing. The systems are showing their fractures. And while it may feel chaotic on the surface, what is truly happening is LIBERATION. A global initiation. We are being asked—over and over again—not to seek outside ourselves, but to remember that the light we’ve been chasing has always lived within us.

Learning to feel more confident in my body.
