The Bars are such a great tool for clearing the build up of crud in your Body~Mind~Being and giving you the Space and Ease to create your life in a whole different way.

SHORT ENERGY MEDICINE LESSON
What the Meridian system has to do with Time.

✨ Meridians are the energetic pathways through the body that energize or feed energy to each organ, bodily system and indeed, the whole body.
✨ The meridian system used in Chinese Medicine is based upon the 24 cycle of the clock.
✨ Each Meridian has a two hour window when it is at "High Tide" or getting fed for the day.
✨The body and this system has an electromagnetic connection to the earth and with time as we define it.
✨When this system is disrupted with changing the time on the clock and our habits of sleep or with travel and moving through time zones it throws things off in our bodies energies.
✨This system can be normalized by tracing your meridians in sync with the time of day by doing it in the time window your are in and starting and ending with the meridian associated with that time.

NOTE: You can do this anytime if you know this windows and the meridians. For beginners this video is intended to be done from 7-9am based upon the time from for Stomach meridian. If you do this for a few days in this time window you should normalize and feel better quicker.
