Read that again….and again….making yourself happy comes first πŸ’š

Robin Williams once said, "I think the people who have been through the most sadness are the ones who always try their hardest to make others happy. Because they know in their flesh what it's like to feel empty and depressed and they don't want anyone else to feel that way."

It's a profound truth, isn't it? Those who've walked through the darkest valleys often become the beacons of light for others. They've experienced the depths of pain, and it's transformed them into empathetic souls with a deep understanding of what it means to be human. They know that happiness is a choice, and they choose to spread it, to share it, and to be the reason someone smiles.

Their pain has become their purpose, their struggle has fueled their compassion, and their scars have become their strength. They're the ones who will sit with you in silence, who will laugh with you till your sides ache, and who will cry with you when words fail. They're the ones who know that sometimes, all someone needs is someone to be present, to listen, and to care.
