We do specialized training programs (both individual and group) for athletic performance and general fitness to maximize your results. Kratos is not a training-only gym, but it is something we recommend to maximize your time in the facility. Kratos has 24 hour membership only at our facility to help accommodate the needs of clients.

SPEED CAMP 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ for 8th-12 graders:

A systemic approach to linear speed and agility, hosted by Kratos Performance & Fitness Speed and Performance Coach Will Nordhues, CSCS. 💪

Speed Camp targets mechanical/technical development as well as the qualities based in and around overall speed performance.

The program will be built and individualized around each athlete through their own Load Velocity Profile. Benefits include improvements in mechanics, top end speed, acceleration, agility, power, and strength.💨
