Classes are offered at Genesis Health Clubs on OST . Check page for schedule. Personal training also available. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns. Classes being offered at this time are Zumba and Zumba Gold. A question I get asked often is what is the difference between Zumba and Zumba Gold and which is better for me? Well Zumba is for everyone, it is a intense dance fitness class designed to make your workout feel more like a party and to help you forget you're burning calories and instead have fun. An Zumba Gold is for active seniors and those who need a lot impact workout due to health problems. Both offer a great workout and are so much fun to be a part of.
