Good morning! I have a prayer request from all of you this morning. I have a new friend going into surgery this morning. Please pray the Lord will keep them safe and for a smooth recovery!

Also, thank you all for your continued prayers and support! THEY ARE WORKING!!! The Lord is providing and answering so many prayers right now. He is faithful!

Praise the Lord above for providing for our needs day by day!

I have another important procedure tomorrow on my road to a potential transplant. Please pray it goes well and yields good results..

Got my catheter repaired today. I can't believe I'm gonna say this. I'm looking forward to getting dialysis tonight. Hopefully I'll feel Better tomorrow. Waiting for some tests, but it appears I do not have peritonitis.

Thank you everyone for the prayers!! So far, I am feeling ok and it appears I have been able to stave off any infection. Pray it lasts through the night. However I'm definitely feeling the effects of no treatment last night. And I won't be getting treatment tonight either. Lord, I'm ready for a new kidney.

Prayer request: Last night my peritoneal port catheter came apart. I will most likely need to go to the hospital this week to have it replaced, but the BIG concern is infection. Anytime the port is open, it exposes my peritoneal cavity to infection and potential peritonitis. That could cause all sorts of problems and delays in the potential transplant process.

We have some big events coming up this week and next: Senior Night, two graduations, and our daughter's ballet recital. Would you pray that I can attend these important events? Thank you very much for all your prayers. 🙏🙏🙏

**Update**
Today I got a call from Nebraska Medicine. It appears they have a few more tests they need to complete over the next few weeks. Assuming those new tests do not yield any problems, they are ready to proceed and put me on the transplant list. Thank you all for your prayers!! Keep praying!! Keep sharing. This is on one part of the equation, I still need a donor!!!

Good morning! Today the team of doctors from Nebraska medicine will be meeting to discuss my potential transplant. They will be determining if I will be put on the transplant list. Please be praying for this and for a potential donor. 🙏🙏🙏
