Mandi Ferguson Counselling Hello, I'm Mandi and I am a NCPS accredited Trauma informed qualified Integrative Counsellor. Offering online and in person sessions. What does integrative mean?

I believe that real lived experiences give me a foundation to offer you understanding and empathy, speaking to someone who has had life challenges, was important when I looked for therapy, knowing that person had faced similar challenges gave me comfort. I work with Adults and Young people. If Trauma or anything else has impacted your life, and counselling is something you are considering, please get in touch for an informal introduction. It means that I am trained to adapt and blend my approach to suit your needs. For long time my work was with children and families struggling with challenging behaviour and issues at school, with my focus being on the mental health and well being as a crucial factor to individuals reaching their potential. I can support you by offering empathy and understanding through all manner of things as a fellow human, from Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, to Stress, Anger, Relationship difficulties, and all things in between. I am experienced in living with and supporting Neurodiverse individuals. I offer a comfortable, approachable and safe therapeutic relationship to help you work through anything that is causing you difficulty, or perhaps you want to feel heard and understood without judgment? You are at the heart of the journey we will take together where we can discover your potential by exploring your thoughts feelings and experiences, your reality in your words, I am here to listen and help you to feel whole again. Whether you want to work weekly or fortnightly, that is up to you , together we can work out a plan that suits you. I have a full DBS , insurance and membership of the National counselling and psychotherapy society.
