Turn Up is more than just a dance fitness class, it’s a movement. We are coming together to shake our b***y while also getting an incredible workout with a judgement free community.

We are showing up in our authenticity and are willing to be coachable to step into the most incredible versions of ourselves.

On the dance floor, we transmute mental blockages, because we are utilizing our brain & body connection. We push ourselves with love and determination.

Turn Up with LB is intentional. Every song on the playlist to empower you and shift energy in your day or week. Every single song is selected and placed on the playlist with mindfulness about how you are moving your body and how the song makes us feel.

This class is fun AF and brings the FIYAAAAA🔥🔥🔥

You won’t regret coming to a class, because you’ll have the opportunity to express yourself & move energy that has been stagnant in your body.

He’s been gone for 25 years and that little girl inside me forever aches for him.

Losing him as an 8 year old still cuts me deep.

When I knew his death was coming (always been intuitive), I tried to make him promise he’d never die. I was in first grade and he had just brought me a carnation flower after a cheer game.

He died when I was in 3rd grade. I was so mad as a child that he didn’t listen to me. That he wouldn’t promise. That he left me. I was his Red Monkey. It wasn’t my plan.

He lost his life by a hit and run driver. His car had broken down on the side of the road. He was not sober at the time, but he also wasn’t driving when he was struck. He was walking down the road when he was hit.

The man that hit him didn’t turn around. He kept going and never looked back while his children would forever wonder what it would be like to grow up with a dad.

He struggled with addiction so the only way I know to honor his life and break cycles in my family, is to be sober.

It’s been a very cultured thing in my roots to consume alcohol. From Scotland to the Americas… both sides.

I love him so much no matter how much I felt hurt by him because of his actions when he wasn’t sober or even the things I didn’t understand about him until I was an adult.

Forever feelin the ache, of wondering… what if he could see me now. ❤️‍🩹
