If you have children under the age of 10, this is for you! 👇🏻

Eucalyptus is widely popular as a decongestant in the winter time but it actually should be avoided with children under 10!

Due to the high content of cineole 1,8 eucalyptus can cause young children to have difficulty breathing. This actually works against congestion and can prolong the symptoms.

A kid-friendly alternative to eucalyptus is Fir Needle (or any other Fir). This oil has decongestant properties and is safe for all ages.

Ahhh, the time has finally arrived! 🥳

A few months ago I began searching for a deck of self care activities I could add to , but after searching I found none that I really vibed with.

So after some thought, I decided to start creating my own deck!

After what seemed like HUNDREDS of designs, I finally fell in love with one.

I’ve contacted the printer to have these turned into physical decks, but I need your help!

I need 2️⃣5️⃣ of these pre-ordered before I can send them to the printer!

There are 44 self care activities and the idea is you would shuffle the deck then randomly pick one as your self care task for the day!

Did you know today is National Stress Awareness Day?

Here are a few ways I like to help with my stress management!

1. Listen to uplifting music.

You can find positive vibe playlists of Spotify or Apple Music or just play some of your favorite tunes and dance like there is no tomorrow!

2. Get in nature.

There is so much power in being surrounded by plants. Go outside barefooted, go to a state park, or just go outside and walk around the neighborhood.

3. Eat healthy & take good supplements.

Getting all your nutrients is so important to our well-being. Take today to research a good multi-vitamin and other supplements you would benefit from. I always start my day with supplements and my favorite CBD to help promote my wellbeing.

4. Move your body.

Exercising in just the simplest of ways can help relieve stress. Do some simple, beginner friendly yoga, go for a walk, or hit the gym and lift weights to blow some steam.

This month I’ve decided to focus on my health.

I’ve always been overweight and have neglected my physical body my entire lifetime.

But now I want to change that. Not because I want to be skinny and fit into society’s standards, but to feel good!

I don’t want to be on blood pressure medicine and take my sugar twice a day when I’m 50. I want to be able to chase my grandkids and enjoy life.

So this is how I’m choosing to love myself this month.
