Quick and easy meal prep for balanced meal to reach your nutritional goals. I use the rice bags. I portion 1/3 of bag per meal but 1/2 would be just fine and would increase healthy carbs. Prep the chicken, spinach, and mushrooms early in the week and put together a bowl. I also use the mushrooms and spinach with my eggs in the morning. I have Brussel sprouts as well to mix it up. Prep a few simple ingredients and you can quickly put together a delicious and nutritious meal. dressings drizzled on top make it flavorful. Season however you like, I used salt, pepper and garlic powder on veggies.
I've said it many times. CARBS ARE GOOD FOR YOU. I went years avoiding carbs, and when I started eating them again I couldn't believe the difference in my energy, my gut health, and my cravings. It's the stripped, empty calorie, processed food, sugar filled carbs that are bad for us. Eat quality carbs like whole grain rice and pasta (best imported from Italy) and make your bread homemade if you can, or buy from a bakery. The stuff on the shelves is full of preservatives.
