• FREE Kids Yoga class at 10:15A
• FREE Adult Yoga class at 1:00P
• FREE Sound Bath Meditation at 2:00P
• Paint & Sip from 6-9

The adult and kids yoga/meditation classes are free however registration is required! This is a great way to sample our classes! Registration for the Paint & Sip is also available on the website!

Grand Opening 🎉 weekend will be taking place on Saturday, July 30th from 10-2 and Sunday, July 31st from 12-4P

Come join us in celebrating this long awaited Grand RE-Opening. Saturday we will have FREE Kids yoga, Adult yoga, and Sound Healing Meditation class available for you to sample. These classes are free, however due to limited spacing, registration is required. We will be having raffles and giveaways. Stop by to check out the space and get some goodies.

Join us for our first Sip & Paint in the new location on Saturday July 30th from 6-9P

Sunday join us from 12-4p for music, food, refreshments, and vendors. We will also have chair massages available!

Join us for a Community Yoga In the Park class every Sunday from 10 to 11A at Warinanco Park Boat House. These classes are donation based, registration on our website is required. You can pay your donation during registration ☺️ The purpose of these classes are to bring awareness to our community and to get together and network with like minded individuals. Each week we will have a different instructor showcasing their style of yoga. Each week is an opportunity for YOU to come together in community to nourish yourself and grow.
