I “knead” to give a HUGE shoutout to Jacquie Bodkin Crosthwait for bringing me back to life! 🤣

I carry all my stress in my shoulders and neck. I went in for my monthly massage yesterday and Jacquie immediately picked up that we needdd to focus on my upper body only.

That rib that’s been out hit two weeks…popped back in.
