This past Friday, resident Jennifer W., along with landscaper, Rebecca Kowalski, visited Earth Tones, a native garden nursery. Jennifer had been longing to plant a native garden on the property and with Rebecca’s assistance, Jennifer planted White Oaks, Mountain Laurel, Raspberry varieties, and several others. We thank Rebecca for giving her time to help make Jennifer’s wish a reality. Thank you to Jennifer for purchasing these native plants to share with others for years to come.

Today we had our monthly Signature Program “Cooking with Class”. We decided to go with our monthly Epicurean Adventure location Seville, Spain!
Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Michael Woodward made traditional dishes. A chickpea and spinach Tapa and a ricotta eggplant Tapa. They went over very well … enough to ask to make again for our weekly Happy Hour events!
