Strength Series!💪🏻

Today I am focusing on your inner thighs and biceps.

In order to truly firm up your muscles, you must be consistent. That means, a minimum of two times per week, preferably three times every other day.

Warm up, get your cardio in, and get your strength training in!

My strength training series!💪🏻💪🏻

First up, my focus is on the chest. This is how I like to strength train.

The chest fly is a great shaping exercise.
If you don’t have access to Nautilus equipment, you can do the same exact exercise on a flat bench or lying on the floor with your head propped up on a pillow, knees up feet down.

As always, and I know I’m a broken record on this, you must be warmed up sufficiently and only use weights at your current fitness level.

Once you build your strength and endurance, you can progress up to heavier weights.

This is another excellent drill to increase mobility in your hips and low back as well as increase your range of motion.

Having a stable foundation is necessary for stability.

I do this strengthening drill daily because I have a weak low back.
I need to be consistent with these drills to keep it strong and stable.

If you also have low back issues, I highly recommend you start incorporating these drills into your routine.
