It's crazy to think that this month marks 18 years as a Certified Massage Therapist. What an amazing adventure it's been! So many people who I've had the privilege of knowing in their healing journey.

6 years ago I took a leap of faith and gave up what would have been considered a really good job to embark on starting my own business. I am so happy that I took that gamble. I have absolutely fallen in love with the Little Falls community. I have been blessed to have helped so many, and they have filled my cup as much as I have theirs.

This year I've embarked on yet another journey . I took another leap of faith investing in further education and traveling halfway around the world for training. I am so excited to share Spinal Flow with our community. It is a gentle, hands on modality that helps healing at a deep and profound level by helping the body relieve stress (chemical, physical and emotional) to open up the communication pathways in our nervous system. When the nervous system functions optimally, the body can heal in miraculous ways.

Here's to the next 18 years! With all the love in my heart, I am so excited to watch the wonderful people in this community heal ❤️
