Super super suppppper excited to show off my new logo.

A little over 2 years ago I opened up my business “Indigo Massage”, it’s been an amazing and humbling experience thus far. As I grew the self practice, expanded my knowledge in bodywork, and had the opportunity to work on amazing clients, I decided that I wanted to be able to provide more than just massage/bodywork.

In order to do so, I had to change the business name. I loved the name Indigo and what it stands for, for me. I played around with different variations of the name and decided on “Indigo Total Wellness”

Here, I will be incorporating not only bodywork, but mindfulness coaching and strategizing to further help my clients outside of massage. I also have plans to go back to school for acupuncture next year. My ultimate goal is to provide bodywork and acupuncture within the same session, and offer coaching for clients who need accountability and stress reduction.

This logo wouldn’t have been possible without the help from she absolutely was able to take my vision and make it a reality. A hundred million thank you’s.

S: Sits down for most of the day, with two monitors and constantly twisting body to the left. Feels P on mid R back, thinks it’s due to tightness.

O: After assessment, R side of body does seem T but due to stretched out fibers. You can see that his R side is elevated so will mainly focus on shortening those fibers. R hip also has an external rotation and hike.
