The best and most effective way to take SEA MOSS is straight. It isn’t nasty, just has a texture that’ll catch you off guard (like a flavorless jelly or jello). You can scoop it and swallow (you don’t have to try to chew it up or play with it, just swallow) or scoop it in and wash it down with a beverage like a pill. It goes down really easy that way. Those are the best two ways to take it. If you really can’t take it those ways, you can mix it with a smoothie, tea, water, coffee, applesauce, etc. Anything that makes it easier for you to consume. If you do mix it, double up on your scoops. It can also be used topically as a face mask, and hair treatment. If you’re consistent with your servings you should get thru a jar in approx. 7-10 days, under 2 weeks easily. Stay consistent and pay close attention to your body.
