The Well is excited to offer Spravato (esketamine) treatments on Saturdays starting in May! We are proud to continue breaking barriers to mental heath, and we hope this will be helpful for many people who otherwise would not be able to receive treatment. Call us to schedule at 501-916-9396.

🌿 POP UP CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT 🌿

🏐 Roll, Release, and Recover: Exploring Self Massage 🏐

📌 Saturday, Oct 14, 12-1:15 PM, with April!

📌 A self-maintenance practice open to everyone! Feeling tight from sitting or standing all day? Dealing with achy muscles from yoga, running, biking, or strength training? This class is designed to explore your myofascial system so you can move and feel better.
Fascia is a form of connective tissue that wraps and connects all the body's muscles, organs, nerves, and blood vessels. This empowering therapeutic practice will help mobilize the soft tissues of the body by using a variety of props, such as tennis balls, blocks, and foam rollers. (All props will be provided for class participants.)

📌Benefits of this class include increased body awareness, better circulation to soft tissues leading to faster muscle recovery, improved joint range of motion, and release of muscular tension and stress. Students will learn a variety of self-massage techniques for the entire body. Anyone with a body will find something to love in this class!
