A restful weekend with my favorite people 🥰 we got *almost* an inch of snow, so basically a blizzard. It lasted all of 12 hours, but was a fun way to spend a rest day.

Ahhh we did it.. again! 🥺I just got a call that our team of coaches not only earned the highest recognition of “elite”, but also finished 2021 as the #55 team out of over 200,000 some teams. 😭🙌🏻

I was just a girl who was sick of running countless miles with no results who desperately wanted a change. That change, the workouts and community, changed me not only physically but internally as well 😭 So I started coaching, just wanting to help at least ONE person find freedom on their fitness journey like I had.. just ONE. and here we are.. sitting in the top 100 again, THOUSANDS of lives affected. Only God can do that.

This community has been the biggest blessing and given me the best of friends, the ability to be home with Sav and EJ, and something to wake up passionate about each day. I mean come ON 😍 So so proud of this team and the heart behind it. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Glory be to God!

This past year was actually one of my favorites 🥺

For once we weren’t moving homes or having a baby. We really got to focus on spending time together as a family and growing in our faith and relationships.

Keegan and I took our first kid free trip to Mexico ☀️
Savannah learned to walk and EJ learned to go potty.
Our team of coaches finished in the top 50 for the 4th year in a row 💗.
I completed 6 workout programs and got my strength backkkk! 💪🏽
And Little Rock finally has begun to feel like home.

My hope and prayer for 2022 is to make an even greater impact with my clients, to truly help them feel strong, free and confident on their fitness journey as they honor the body God gave them.
To grow deeper in my marriage with my sweet hubs.
To spend quality time to our kiddos and cherish these days at home with them.
And of course, continue to grow in business, my faith, and love and generosity.
Oh- And I decided I need a hobby so I’m taking tennis lessons 🙈😅

A weekend full of really sweet family time 🥺

Heading into the 4th and final week of our workout program this week before our new year program (😍) begins and I’ve been reminded this week that THESE little humans are the reason I stay consistent with it. Does it feel good to feel healthy and strong, yes. Does it feel better to know my kids are seeing their mom love and cherish the body god gave her? Even sweeter.

Let’s let our yes be yes in the new year.🤍

Thanks for pushing me to be better every day, cuties. Here’s to finishing 2021 strong 😉

I’ve always considered myself pretty patient, but potty training has revealed just impatient I can be 🥵

This week has reminded me just how refining parenthood is. But even in the little things like potty training, I’m also reminded how thankful I am for Gods grace and HIS patience with me.

I’m thankful for a God that is steadfast and unchanging, Loving and patient. Thankful that he hears my desperate pleas on the floor of the bathroom when my toddler is crying and I’m on the verge of tears myself as I throw up a Hail Mary prayer for patience.

The regression will pass. But in the midst, I’m thankful for how these moments reveal my need for Jesus 🤍

Ive been thinking more and more about this lately: The way I speak about myself is the way I am teaching my daughter to think about herself.

How do I respond when I receive a compliment?
What do I say under my breath when looking in the mirror?
Do I speak with positivity and gratitude about the body God gave me?
Am I verbally comparing myself to others around me?
Do I express joy in exercising or put the words “have to” around it?

It feels like such a heavy responsibility, that I am shaping the way the way she will view abs treat herself, but also the sweetest gift.

You are wonderfully made, Savannah Marie. And so is your mama.
You were made with purpose, on purpose. And so was your mama.
Your body is a beautiful gift, hand crafted by God. And so is your mama🤍
