My Story

My name is Loni and I'm a NASM certified Personal Trainer in Littleton, CO. I’m also certified in Applied Functional Science, Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise, and I’m a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. I will have completed my nutrition certification through Mac-Nutrition Uni this November 2020. I'm also a proud mother and wife and I completely understand the challenges that come with staying fit when family life keeps us so busy. My passion is to support those around me and help them find strength in themselves that they didn't know existed. My focus is on helping people reach their goals in healthy, sustainable steps. It's important to me that what they learn from me they can continue to apply on their own for the rest of their lives. In a world focused on instant gratification, true health and wellness must be achieved through self-awareness, authenticity, consistency and walking into the storm. This is the way you can make changes that last the rest of your life. Beyond exercise and nutrition, it's crucial for me to help people find continued awareness of their inner voices. Your mind, your emotional state and the thoughts you believe will determine your overall well-being. I will help you become your best self, living your best life. Lastly, I want to share that I've been on both sides when it comes to health. I've been overweight, struggled with eating disorders, low self-esteem, battled crippling anxiety (panic attacks) and depression. I've experienced trauma and devastating loss. I've come through the other side, thanks to nutrition education, consistent exercise (a variety of many types) and different forms of therapy. When I do find myself struggling I know how to cope and learn from the struggle. I now find myself thriving and living a rich, fulfilling life. I want to help others find their path to their own fulfilling life.
