Join us for a gentle, inclusive Baby & Toddler Playgroup at Cassia Collective 💛

💛 Sliding scale: $5–20 (message me for a discount code if needed, no questions asked)

This space is designed for babies and toddlers 6 months–2 years old and their caregivers, but all ages are welcomed.

We’ll connect through simple activities, songs, movement, and child-led play. There’s no pressure for participation to look a certain way, we follow the kids. Caregivers are invited to settle in, breathe, and feel less alone in the early years.

Accessibility and inclusion are a core focus. Come as you are.

We do not offer advice or solutions.

Lots of feelings heavy on my heart (and so many others) recently.

Men, women, and anyone else struggling, If this time of year tends to stir up a lot or feels especially challenging or impossible to manage, please reach out to me, or someone else you trust.

I know I won’t be able to fix it, but I’d love to be someone you can talk to or help you find some resources that could help support you more.

Su***de is not the answer, however that pain is real and you deserve care.

I know so many people who struggle to ask for help, or have a challenging time talking about these issues, but my hope is that by talking about these things and naming them, maybe it could help others.

Come hang out with and me for our community circle on December 18th at in downtown Littleton, CO from 7:30–9pm.

As always, there’s never any expectation to verbally share. We simply invite you to show up authentically, in whatever capacity you’re able that day.

This season can be such a rollercoaster with holiday plans, expectations of magic, grief, exhaustion, and so many unspoken feelings living beneath the surface. Come be surrounded by loving community and receive the mutual support your heart may be craving. 🤍

Community care and mutual aid is especially important in times like these.

We delivered over $200 worth of donated items and food to in Downtown Denver, CO. I’m so incredibly grateful that this community showed up with generosity, intention, and love.

These items will be distributed directly to the folks who need it. Basic necessities are basic human rights.

This work feels especially important right now. We are witnessing rising racism, dehumanization, and violence - globally and locally - intensified by the genocide in Gaza, harmful government actions, and deeply entrenched systems of oppression.

Statistically, Black, Indigenous, q***r, trans, and disabled communities experience poverty and homelessness at significantly higher rates due to long-standing systemic inequities - not personal failure as some people assume.

Mutual aid is one small, tangible way we can resist these systems by choosing to care for each other.

Deep gratitude to The Gathering Place for their ongoing work, and to this community for showing up with generosity, awareness, and heart. 🤍

I’ll have a booth at Harm Reduction For the Holidays & I’d love to see you there!

Hi! I’m Katie (they/them), a Littleton local yoga teacher looking for more community.

I’m hosting an event this Saturday, November 15th from 6–8pm (open house) at Cassia Collective in Downtown Littleton, called Inclusive Innovators, and I’d love for you to come.

It’s a casual, welcoming space for people who care about inclusivity, diversity, and community. Whether you’re a small business owner, teacher, doula, artist, or just someone who believes in creating spaces that include everyone, I’d love to have you there.

There will be light snacks, an easy craft to do, and an option for a tarot reading if you’d like. Mostly, it’s a chance to meet others who value equity and kindness in the work they do.

The intention is to grow a network of people who truly see and support one another and to help connect marginalized folks with businesses and services that reflect their values.

We’re also doing a food/item drive for a raffle to win a private yoga session with me.

As we move into the season of giving, I'm inviting our community to come together in support of The Naloxone Project (hosting Harm Reduction for the Holidays) and The Gathering Place (a center that serves women and gender diverse people and their families experiencing poverty or homelessness.)

*Bring a non-perishable food or essential item to either of my upcoming events and you'll be entered in a raffle to win a free private yoga session with me.

Everything collected will go directly to The Gathering Place, helping meet real needs with real care.

Looking to connect with others in the community who share similar values in an intentional way?

Join us at for an evening for networking, crafts, tarot readings (by !) light snacks, and drinks with other inclusive business owners, pre- and perinatal workers, family-focused businesses, kids music & art teachers, death doulas, and many more in the life-cycle community.

The goal is connection over competition. The goal is learning more about folks in our community. Through intentional gathering, we are adding to the foundation of a better future.

As the trees shed their leaves and slow their growth, I feel a similar shift within. The season is giving us a gentle invitation to soften, to rest, to move slower.

This November, I’m grateful for the space to simplify my schedule and offer fewer classes so I can nurture stillness, home, and family. I encourage you to do the same whenever it’s accessible, to fill your own cup especially before the fullness of the holiday season.
