Grateful to partner with a wonderful organization supporting those who’ve served and still carry the weight.

The 2nd Annual Mt. Carmel Benefit and Barbecue was more than a good time. It was a reminder that while the uniform may come off, the story doesn’t end there.

June is Men's Mental Health Month. A topic near and dear to us at Synergy. We partner with Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center to combat trauma, generalized anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and relationship distress for Veterans and their families. Men feel too, and we strugle in our own ways. But we don't need suffer alone in silence! Take the first step to break the generational curse - reach out to talk to someone who will provide an empathetic non-judgmental ear. If you're not sure where to start, text TALK to 719-645-6655 and we'll work together to find the right resources.

[LYRICS BELOW] "To Be A Man" is a song I poured my heart into. I'm praying this reaches everyone who needs it. I believe in this one. Share this with everyon...

Synergy: the interaction of two or more agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their individual effects.

This is our goal at Synergy Emotional Wellness. Together we can overcome the symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief. Together we are stronger.

Synergy Emotional Wellness was ignited out of concern for the rise in adolescent suicides in El Paso County, Colorado, leading to a huge spike in 2020. Owner and founder, Paul Baumgartner, studied systemic therapies at Regis University, earning a Master of Arts Degree. He is currently provisionally licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and is certified in grief therapy. He interned and continues to partner with Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center, providing individual, couples, and group therapy to Veterans and their families.
