Blue Sky Personal Training, LLC I am a Certified Personal Trainer in the SW Denver area offering fitness assessments & customized training programs to all at an affordable cost.

I am a licensed Physical Therapist and practiced in the SW Denver area for 12 years. The majority of my PT career was devoted to treating patients with orthopedic injuries, back and neck injuries, post surgical conditions such as total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs and ACL reconstructions. Certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2002, my goal now is to work with clients to help prevent injuries, to find fitness programs that fit into busy lifestyles and to encourage people to stay on track with fitness programs for overall improved health.
