The year 2+0+2+4=8. Among many things, it's considered an infinite loop. Over time, we start developing certain habits, fall into patterns of our own behaviors and get into a constant and repetitive cycles of our being - whether in our interactions with people or in our day to day habits.

To break free, we need to make conscious choices rather than following our compulsive behaviors. When we are specific with strong preferences and we keep repeating the same thinking, feeling, and acting... we further induce bondages.

Our brain makes thousands of decisions every single day such as what to eat, how much to say, where to sit, when to stop scrolling, who to interact with, and another 30,000 (mostly unconscious) choices!

So next time, for making certain decisions - take a pause, take charge of the decision, and see if that choice is helping you grow? Is it healthy? Is it good for you?

And gradually, we will learn to make choices that will enhance our positive energies and joyful vibes!
