The Jets are reeling from yet another pre-season injury, this time QB Zach Wilson. It was originally feared that the second year QB had torn his ACL, which would have cost him the entire season, but Orthopedics Unlimited has just learned that his MRI results show only a meniscus tear and a bruised bone, which Dr. Rieber says typically takes up to 4 weeks before a player is fit to play. So Wilson may miss the season opener against the Baltimore Ravens on Sept. 11, but hopefully will be ok afterwards.

This is the 2nd major Jets pre-season injury. Offensive tackle Mekhi Becton also suffered a knee injury only 4 days ago, which Dr. Rieber believes has ended his season.

Wilson's ligaments in his right knee are reportedly fine
