Anthony brings over 14 years of healthcare experience, specializing in resident experience programming. His passion for this work was inspired by his two grandmothers, who taught him the importance of compassion, dignity, and meaningful connection as we age.

Anthony is dedicated to creating engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and connection to residents’ daily lives. He believes even the smallest moments—through conversation, creativity, and laughter—can make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors, meditating, reading, listening to music, and living each day with a grateful heart.

Please join us in welcoming Katrina Labayen as Executive Director at Brandywine Livingston!📣

Katrina is a healthcare operations leader with over a decade of experience in senior living. Before becoming an Executive Director, she held progressive roles in Activities and Sales and began her career in Skilled Nursing, earning her Nursing Home Administrator license. While experienced in both skilled nursing and assisted living, Katrina found her true passion in Assisted Living, where she values creating excellence in a homelike environment for residents.

She is known for building high-performing teams, enhancing the resident experience through hospitality-driven care, and strengthening operational performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Katrina holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Public Health from Rutgers University, along with a certificate in Long-Term Care Administration. She credits her family’s early emphasis on caring for elders, including her grandfather who lived to 102, as the inspiration behind her career path.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys salsa dancing, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to experience new cultures.

Happy Purim !⭐️✨

Residents of Livingston gathered joyfully this morning to celebrate Purim with Rabbi Rosenblum and his family. Laughter filled the building as friends arrived in colorful costumes, listened to the Megillah reading, and shared in festive treats. Children eagerly exchanged mishloach manot, while adults enjoyed warm conversation and reflections on the holiday’s message of courage and unity. The sense of community was unmistakable, as friends and families came together to celebrate Purim in true Livingston spirit
