This February, we recognize the power of recreational therapy and the dedicated professionals who bring joy, connection, and purpose to those we serve. At Monarch, we take a holistic approach to well-being and recognize that health goes beyond the physical. Today we kicked off the morning by hosting our “Coffee with a Cop” program alongside our local police department. Everyone truly enjoyed the opportunity to relax, share conversations, and build connections with the officers in a warm, welcoming setting. The visit sparked plenty of smiles, laughter, and meaningful interactions, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming them back again next month for another great gathering. ☕🚓

Vivian is an accomplished Director of Nursing and Nurse Administrator with extensive experience across the continuum of care, including acute care hospitals, long-term care, assisted living, and in-home services. She is dedicated to supporting safe transitions and helping residents age in place with dignity and grace.

A knowledgeable clinician and compassionate leader, Vivian has served organizations throughout New York City, New York State, and New Jersey. She believes healthcare is a people-centered profession and values teamwork as the foundation of high-quality care.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys time with her family, the arts, theater, museums, and sports, and has a strong history of community involvement.

Jaleesa brings many years of experience serving seniors, beginning her career as a Home Health Aide in 2012 and later advancing into leadership as a Lead Care Manager and Certified Medication Aide. During her time at Bella Terra, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to the residents she serves.

In her new role, Jaleesa is excited to combine her servant heart with her passion for memory care, creating a supportive and enriching environment where residents can truly thrive.
