We are doing sports physicals for all students. Physical forms are available here. The cost is $20 per physical. No appointment is needed. We accept cash, credit / debit cards and HSA cards.
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9-1 & 2-5.

We are open today (Wednesday) even though we are currently without power until 5:00. That doesn’t stop us from helping you feel better !

We will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday from Thursday through Monday. We’ll see you on Tuesday at 9:00 a. m.

We finally made it to the office today. If you come in, be careful. The roads are still somewhat slippery in the shady spots.

We are closed today Tuesday February 18th due to the icy roads and incoming snow. We will probably be closed Wednesday as well if the roads are still bad. Stay safe and warm.

We will be closed Monday morning to attend the funeral service of a close friend’s Mother. We hope to open at 2:00 depending on the circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will be open Monday and Tuesday 9-1 & 2-5.
We will be closed Wednesday December 25th through January 2nd for our annual Christmas vacation. We will reopen at 9:00 on Friday January 3rd. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! May your 2025 be healthy and prosperous!
