May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

At Condor Spirit Yoga, we honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Mental health is not separate from physical health—it’s deeply woven into how we move, breathe, and show up in our daily lives.

Yoga offers a space to slow down… to listen… to reconnect. Whether it’s through mindful movement, breathwork, or stillness, each practice is an opportunity to support your nervous system and create a sense of inner balance.

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to begin.

This month, I invite you to give yourself permission to rest, to feel, and to heal—one breath at a time.
