Rolling out something simple but powerful for our upcoming Myofascial Release Yoga Class… tennis balls! 🎾
These small tools help release deep muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery by gently massaging the fascia. In class we’ll use them to target areas like the hips, shoulders, and back so you can move, breathe, and relax more freely.
If you’ve been feeling tight from workouts, stress, or long days sitting, this practice can make a big difference. I’m excited to bring more self-care and body awareness into our sessions at Condor Spirit Yoga.
