We are ROOTED. 🌳

Rooted in prevention, not panic.
Rooted in connection, not compliance.
Rooted in movement, music, and nature as medicine.

We believe communication and growth begin with safety, regulation, joy, and trust.✨

We slow down to get it right.
We look deeper when others look away.
We ask why before we ask what next.❓➡️

We don’t chase trends or quick fixes.
We build foundations that last.💪

We honor small changes because we know they compound into lifelong impact.

For our clients.
For our families.
For our team.

This is care with intention.
This is growth with integrity.
This is a business — and a life — rooted in what matters.

Ready to get started in 2026?
We’re now welcoming families seeking thoughtful, individualized speech and feeding support—whether your child is a late talker, AAC user, gestalt language processor, or needs myofunctional or feeding therapy.

Breaks can be tough for kids with Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
Changes in routine often impact speech and regulation.
Progress still happens when we keep expectations realistic and supportive!

✨ 33 has always been my lucky number and this year, it feels like clarity.

A deeper yes to prevention over reaction.
To movement as medicine.
To asking why before rushing to fix.
To music, rhythm, and joy as powerful forms of therapy.
To sunlight, nervous system care, and intentional living.

In 2026, I’m choosing depth over urgency, personally and professionally.

My priorities are clear:
• Root cause care over symptom chasing
• Small, consistent shifts that create lasting change
• Care models that support the whole human, not just the diagnosis
• A business that protects its clinicians and honors their capacity
• Families empowered early, not after burnout sets in

This is how I’m showing up for myself, my family, our clients, and our team.

If 33 is my lucky number, this is the year I fully trust it.
Leading with intention and building what I want my life and work to feel like.

What looks like ADHD may actually be a sleep or breathing issue. 💤 Before labeling behaviors, it’s important to rule out sleep-disordered breathing. A myofunctional evaluation can help!
