Backpack shopping? We've got a couple tips for you!
Tip 1: Wear Both Straps. Use of one strap causes one side of the body to bear the whole weight of the backpack. By wearing two shoulder straps weight is better distributed.
Tip 2: Wear Backpack Over Strongest Mid-Back Muscles. Pay close attention to the way the backpack is positioned. It should rest in the middle of the back. Straps should not be too loose and backpack should not extend below the lower back.
Tip 3: Lighten the Load. Keep the load at 10-15% or less of child’s bodyweight. Carry only items that are required for the day and place heaviest items closest to the back.

How to Drink More Water I am so guilty of not drinking enough period! I have been trying my hardest to increase my water intake - especially because it is summer and I am breastfeeding. I need to invest in a big bottle with a straw!! I drink so much more with a straw too ((and extra ice cold water too!)) :)
