Hello! I’m Alexander Aho, a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people unlock their full physical and mental potential. Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve turned that passion into a career focused on transforming lives—one workout at a time. began my fitness adventure as a teenager, curious about strength training and athletic performance. After completing my NASM CPT course, earning certifications from leading organizations, I’ve spent the past 7 years working, learning and growing. Along the way, I’ve helped beginners find confidence, athletes break personal records, and busy professionals fit consistent, effective workouts into their hectic schedules. My Philosophy
