To request a refill, call us at 740‑845‑7286 and follow the prompts or submit a refill request through our patient portal. Please allow up to 2 business days for refill processing.

Online scheduling available for sick or acute care visits and well child visits.
Must be a current Rocking Horse patient!
Patients of any age can schedule sick or acute care visits.
Scheduling for annual well child visits are limited to patients ages 4-17 who have not had an annual wellness exam in the last year.
