It took me so long to be OK with gaining weight. It used to define my mood for the day if I felt heavy or not my lowest number & I’d take it out on everyone.
I realized over the years to gain that muscle and definition you want you HAVE to gain weight. You do it in a healthy way and then cut to define.
Just like the moon 🌙 your body is going to go through the phases. Cycle properly and in a healthy way.
Accepting that and allowing my body to gain and not define me changed my life mentally and physically. Don’t let the number define you.
