Inflammation Isn’t Always Obvious

People expect inflammation to look dramatic. Redness. Swelling. Severe pain.

In reality, low-grade inflammation often shows up quietly:

◾Stiffness in the morning
◾Skin problems
◾Fluid retention
◾Digestive discomfort
◾Difficulty losing fat despite a consistent low-carb diet

Keto reduces inflammation significantly—and for many people, this is enough.
