TICKET INFORMATION:
**FREE TICKETS ARE REGISTERED AT THE EVENTS AT THE REGISTRATION TABLES**
GUESTS
Distributors may bring an unlimited amount of guests to attend for free. Guests will register for their free ticket at the event. PREFERRED MEMBERS
Preferred Members are granted access to attend ONE free event. Preferred Members will register for their free ticket at the door.
$25 NEW DISTRIBUTORS
Distributors who have signed up within the last 60 days may attend their first STS for $25. They will be asked to provide proof of signup date at check-in.
$40 ALL DISTRIBUTOR+ / $30 SPOUCE TICKET
$55 AT THE DOOR TICKET / $45 SPOUCE AT THE DOOR TICKET
*Please note that EventBrite charges a small fee at checkout for ALL ticket purchases. If you purchase your ticket at the event, event staff will utilize Eventbrite therefore a fee will be charged whether tickets are purchased in advance or on-site.

VIP VERIFICATION:
If you qualify to sit in the VIP section, you must submit verification prior to attending. Please take a screenshot of your total documented volume from the previous month on MyHerbalife.com and upload to our verification form on the VIP Qualifications page of this website. VIP MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE ONE-WEEK BEFORE EVENT DAY.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds may only be requested until the day before the event. As of the day of the event, refunds for any reason will not be approved. Please note that contacting SoCal STS for a refund is not sufficient, refunds must be requested via Eventbrite's official refund request feature only. You can access this feature by navigating to your confirmation email with your tickets, scroll to the bottom and click "view or manage order."
