Being a woman is a thing. So is being a mom.
I remember what itās like to have just had a baby. Especially the first baby.
Everything feels different. From your pelvis, to your breasts, to your skin and your hair.
Itās really hard to know that you *should* love your body at any size and in every season, yet to struggle to *truly* love it.
Itās even harder to be SO ready for change, only to find that dieting makes you feel worse about yourself than you already did⦠maybe, before, you felt bad about your bodyā¦
ā¦but now you feel bad about your ability to be committed, motivated and true to your word to yourself.
Sometimes, you wonder if your sense of self can take another hit⦠another black mark against youā¦
Iāve been there. For me, these feelings almost led to an eating disorder after having my first baby.
Instead, though, they inspired the wellness method I now teach.
I help women stop jumping from diet to diet, so they can get results⦠all while protecting their sanity.
With this work, hope gets restored almost immediately.
Bodies often start to change in the first six weeks.
And women are unrecognizable to themselves, both physically and emotionally, in a year.
Do you crave this type of transformation?
