I was trying to log food even when I was eating low nutrient foods, drinking more than normal and lagging in my training.โฃ

I started to tell myself that I was going to โ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐โ and try to eyeball my macros.โฃ

I wouldnโt coach my clients this way and I sure as s**t know that Iโm not successful on that track.โฃ

But Iโm OK with taking a few days to sit in the thick of it and evaluate what I need to do and focus on to get back on track.โฃ

We have to take necessary time for ourselves, show ourselves a little grace in the heavy and be able to feel blessed about the hard work we have put in and how much we are able to serve ourselves and others from a place of genuineness and loveโฃ
