NOTICE:
All in-active member records will be moved to the State of Tennessee, where they will be properly destroyed in accordance to California law. A certificate, certifying the date, time and mode of destruction will be mailed to the in-active member's last known or documented address. In lieu of the time extensive disability advocacy work we have done for many years; moving forward now, we shall concentrate our work in educating and conducting workshops on our personal electronic health record. In lite of the growing public viral and bacterial national threat, overwhelming the nation's fragile, we find it necessary to shift our priorities on doing our small part in combating practitioner medical negligence / errors. In the coming weeks ahead, we shall address the specifics in greater detail, and how not to become another statistic. I would like to thank all who have supported us since we opened our doors for SERVICE-TO-OTHERS, beginning on July 23, 2001. And I would like to welcome all newcomers, as a Board Member, a paid "subscribing member," or a consumer who utilizes one of our wearable personal electronic health record. Practice being safe.
