What would you do if you weren’t afraid ? When we love something or someone with all our heart, with our whole being we don’t fatigue, lose interest or lose heart. All our efforts make sense as are infused with love. Practicing teaching yoga is a way for me to experience love for myself, love for my place in this universe and love for all beings. Back to home sweet home ❤️ Chicago and started teaching online yoga again! Please join me Monday and Thursday evenings 7-8.30 pm CST and Tuesday nights 9-10.30 pm CST esp dear Bay Area students..miss you all. Message me for zoom link. Will add in person classes soon however you have the option to come home and practice with me while I teach the online classes too right now. See you all on the Mat. 🙏

So proud of my student RJ for basing me and a fellow yogi today during yoga class ! It’s a rewarding experience to see a boy who started yoga classes with me since he was 6 yrs old and has continued all the way to high school ! He’s an adult now and can fly his own teacher and a fellow student together ! Bless you RJ ! Will miss you when you go to college !
